SUNY Vision Coverage Programs
Vision Coverage benefits are available to employees and their dependents who meet the eligibility requirements for health insurance. Please note that you are generally not required to participate in the health insurance program in order to enroll for Vision Coverage benefits. There is currently no cost to employees for Vision Coverage. Specific benefits and insurance providers vary by collective bargaining unit.

To enroll for Vision Coverage, complete the appropriate enrollment form for your group. Please note that enrollment is often combined with other benefits, so you will only need to complete each form once, provided you have selected the appropriate benefits desired.
