SUNY Dental Insurance Programs

Dental Insurance benefits are available to employees and their dependents who meet the eligibility requirements for health insurance. Please note that you are generally not required to participate in the health insurance program in order to enroll for dental insurance benefits. There is currently no cost to employees for Dental Insurance premiums. Specific benefits and insurance providers vary by collective bargaining unit.

Dental Insurance Enrollment:

To enroll for Dental Insurance, complete the appropriate enrollment form for your group. Please note that enrollment is often combined with other benefits, so you will only need to complete each form once, provided you have selected the appropriate benefits desired.

To turn in your completed enrollment forms, or for further assistance, please contact the Benefits Office at your State-Operated or Community College campus.
